The Curve at Boca Grove has everything a member needs to get in the best shape of their life – and stay that way! Completed in November 2021, the 13,000 sq ft sports & wellness center is equipped with Precor, TRX, treadmills, eliptical, free weights, resistance and on-site physical therapy.  Boca Grove's fitness director and a full team of trainers and instructors offer members a full range of services from individual instruction and training to the most innovative in group classes, including Pilates Reformer classes. 

The first floor of the building has multipurpose exercise rooms for Pilates, Spinning, and various other group fitness classes. Also located on the first floor are the locker rooms and steam rooms. The children's recreation room, The Hive for Busy Bees, is adjacent to the Splash Pad and playground.

The pool is a zero-entry recreational, resort-style pool connected to an Olympic-size lap pool. Surrounding the pool area you will find lounge chairs and cabanas, all serviced by our poolside Honeybell Cafe & Bar service team!

Classes

Yoga, cardio salsa, aerobics and body sculpt are just a few of the other classes available in our group class setting, allowing something for everyone. We also have Pilates, Pilates reformer, cardio sculpt, aqua-cise, Lotte Berk Method, Zumba, Spin and more!

The Boca Grove professional, certified and educated fitness staff is always on hand to help perfect your workout. Additionally, our one-on-one personal training sessions are a great way to let our Personal Training team evaluate and design a workout plan specific to your individual needs.

Fitness Staff




David Schlueter has worked at Boca Grove since 2006 and was named the Director of Fitness in 2014. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University. David has been an ACE certified personal trainer for the last 9 years, and was just recently certified by the ACE as Functional Training Specialist. David has brought many fun and exciting challenges to the Boca Grove Fitness Center and is the proud World Champion of the Dragon Island Chase for the Summer of 2015.

Jaime Schuette, BA, MPT, DPT, CSCS, Fitness on Tap Owner and Miami native with 20+ yrs experience, received a BA in Psychology and Masters in Physical Therapy from Marquette University and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University. She is passionate about helping her clients excel at living/sport in record time while avoiding injuries/restrictive diets via individualized sports/functional movement assessments. Her corrective exercises/training methods focus on proper mechanics, a whole mind body approach, and sport specific movements to develop the most efficient, pain-free movement patterns/sports performance including power, strength, speed, reaction time, agility, mindset, and stress in order to be one's best. Her dream job would be a strength and conditioning coach for college football or a sports caster. Ultimately, she has her eyes set on Shark Tank!
 



Jeannette Tannenbaum spends her days at Boca Grove training members and teaching Yoga classes. Jeannette is certified by the National Federation of Professional Trainers since 2008, having been previously certified in New York by the E.C.I.T.S. in 2006. She is also a registered Yoga Alliance Teacher and has Hatha Yoga and Restorative Yoga certifications. Before her life in Fitness, Jeannette graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology and designed ladies’ sleepwear and theater costumes.

Daisy Ward has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2001. Her background is in the medical field, she holds a Certified Pilates Instructor Certification with Balanced Body and Core Pilates NYC. She's been sharing her passion for health and fitness with people of all ages, helping them make permanent changes in their lives. Daisy is intuitive about the physiological needs of the body and strives to create an environment that is practical and directed towards both the healing and fitness aspects of Pilates.
