Trash is picked up every Wednesday and Saturday. Containers are to be placed curbside the night before pick up at or after sunset. Please retrieve your trash cans and return them to your garage before or at sunset on pick up day.Reminder, trash or recycle bins must not be visible from street or golf course.

Vendors are allowed to work on the premises Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm and on Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.No work is allowed on Sundays or on major holidays. Requests for variances may be made through the POA Office. 
 
The ACC (Architectural Control Committee) requires that you submit any and all exterior improvements (i.e. painting, roof replacement, fences, landscaping, shutters, pavers, statues, etc.) to our community for review and approval prior to any improvement being intiated. Please see guidelines above.

The Boca Grove Property Owners Association, Inc. has been granted a community wide monitoring status by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office in accordance with Palm Beach County Ordinance No. 2008-38, Section-3 (M), Private Security Alarm System (PSAS). There are a few important things to know about this PSAS service:
   • You will never need an alarm permit.
    • You will not be charged for false alarms.
    • You will not need an outside alarm monitoring system.
    • There is no additional fee for this service; the cost for the alarm monitoring is
       included in your quarterly POA dues.
    • Alarm Partners is our central station monitoring service for the entire community 24/7.
    • Boca Grove Security will be the primary responder to all residential burglary alarms.
    • The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and Security will respond to all panic alarms.
    • To start the activation of your security system please call the Alarm Partners offices at
    800-330-5056, option 4.
 
Speed limit on Boca Grove Blvd is 30 mph and all other streets are 25 mph.  Boca Grove uses Traffic Logix cameras to monitor speed. Photos depicting violations will be subject to a $100 fine.  Members and Residents are responsible for violations incurred by guests.  Please stop at all stop signs and slow down over speed bumps.

Hurricane Preparedness

  • Taking a proper inventory of all your home possessions.
  • Assesing your home and any possible areas of vulnerability, including your roof, trees, garage door and windows.
  • Deciding where you are going to keep your vehicles.
  • Keeping all your insurance policies together and in a safe place with you.
  • Making sure you know how you are going to secure your home.
  • Determining if anyone in the home has special needs and making the proper arrangements ahead of time.
  • Making a plan for your pets incase you need to evacuate.
  • Gathering the supplies you and your family will need for an extended period of time.
  • Notifying loved ones and friends of your plans

  • Review your plan with family and friends.
  • If you must evacuate, collect all important documents and leave as early as possible.
  • Continue watching and listening to local news stations for important weather updates.
  • Get out cash and store valuables.
  • Install shutters or panels if applicable.
  • Bring in all outdoor furniture and secure properly.
  • Fuel your automobiles.
  • Get extra gas for your generator and make sure it is working properly.
  • Secure a watercraft if you have one.
  • Secure any loose outdoor items.
  • Continue monitor local news and weather.
  • Fill bath tub and containers with water.
  • If you must evacuate make sure to shut off appliances and air conditioners, except for refrigerators and freezes, expect travel delays and leave promptly as directed.
